High Position De-palletizer

High position depalletizer is mainly used for empty containers like empty glass, empty cans. The machine is composed of conveyor system, pad sucking unit, depalletizing unit, mainframe, pallet collecting and storage unit, container transferring conveyor belt and pad storage system.

Pallets with products are in-fed by chain transferring unit, stable running, and two pallets can be ready there as a buffer. The machine is with PLC control system for automatic depalletizing, pad taking off, automatic collecting of the empty pallet, all settings can be done through the friendly HMI touch screen, it has the feature of easy operating, troubleshooting and maintenance.
