Double Heads Sleeve Labeling Machine

Double heads sleeve labeling machine is a newly improved machine. There are two working heads and two sleeve label supplying stations separately. The advantage of this machine is not only the speed maximized up to 900 bottles per minute, but also it can work for two different sleeve labels once. It is very helpful for the products which have two different labels in the bottle body and the bottle mouth area. All units of the machine are servo driven resulting in accurate label positioning and good shrinking performance. The machine is PLC controlled and intelligent is troubleshooting with touch screen displayer. The modular design concept makes it easy for changing over for different bottles.
